Q1 How to get a sample?
Sample order is acceptable. Please contact us and make sure what sample you need.
Q2 What about the leading time?
In general, the leading time is about 35 to 45 days. But please confirm the exact delivery time with us as different products and different quantities will have different leading times.
Q3 How about the packing and shipping?
Normally, we have a carton for packaging. If you have any other special requirements, please feel free to contact us.
Q4 How about the OEM/ODM service?
We provide all kinds of OEM/ODM service. For example, customize new housings, logo printing on housings, and customized packaging. Please contact us to confirm specific details before placing an order.
Q5 How about the payment clause?
We accept 30% T/T in advance, with the 70% T/T balance due before delivery. L/C payment options are also available.
Q6 How about the warranty and procedure?
Warranty time: 12 months.
Warranty procedure:
1) If the product has any hardware problems, please contact us timely; our engineers will provide support to solve the problems.
2) If the problems cannot be resolved within the warranty period, the user can return the defective unit, and we will repair it and send it back to you.
